Text Box: POLICY Order Fulfillment Orders are processed in the order they are received, most orders are processed within two business days. We collect enough information as necessary to provide you with the best possible customer service.  IP addresses are collected upon order placement to verify purchasing party. Return Policy Merchandise returns and exchanges are accepted up to 30 days after ship date.  Return authorization is required prior to returning any product. Please email or call for return authorization.  Returns for other than warranty issues will be subject to a 20 percent restocking charge.  All returned merchandise must be in undamaged original packaging and in resalable condition.  If damage occurs during shipping, please retain all packaging materials for a claim.  Pricing Due to occurrences beyond our control, prices are subject to change.  Should this effect a pending order, the client will be contacted and allowed to cancel the order.  We offer what we feel is a quality product at a fair price.
